The Dining Room

The Dining Room at Main & Mersey is modern japanese fusion menu meaning it brings together Japanese condiments and cooking techniques with local ingredients. The result delicious Japanese flavours and shareable comfort. From crispy chicken karaage and delicate tempura to rich, house-made ramen and playful dishes like tuna and watermelon tacos, each plate balances freshness, texture, and deep umami. Whether you’re sharing small plates or settling in with a warm bowl and a glass of wine, our food is designed to be vibrant, welcoming, and memorable.

Current kitchen hours are 12-3pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Open Sundays 10-3pm for brunch.
